I-9 & E-verify

State employers are required to verify citizenship of new employees through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. SWOSU will verify all I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification Form) information through an online system.

Background Information

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer for employment contingent upon background check results. The background check will be completed by a third party provider. The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files of consumer reporting agencies.
